The Bad Luck of Little Johnny McD - Part II

[Original post date: 04/16/2010 10:30pm PST by Deep Sounding]
Looks like Jonathan McDougall is continuing the spot of bad luck that we talked about last monthbeing able to find some clients to represent in a rousing court battle.

His other "high profile client" Columbine wannabe copycat Alexander Robert Youshock. Is going to have to undergo a THIRD competency evaluation, according to this Mercury New article, to act as a tiebreaker for the two shrink evaluators who couldn't agree with each other. (That's because psychiatry is an exact science, not just some fucked-up scam to be used by perverts and lawyers.)

May 31 is the new delaydate for that client. We're at 5 months of delay and counting for Youshock. (Although, he's not out walking around, going about his twisted little existence like some other people we know, so it's no picnic, I suppose.)

I don't envy prosecutors. There's literally NOTHING they seem to be able to do to get the scum off the streets. They just keep coming and coming and coming, and sleezeballs are always lining up behind them to offer up all manner of irrelevant defenses. . "Hopefully, we'll get to the bottom of this soon." Indeed!

  1. This was so predictable.

If Ayres tries to fake his mental incompetence - and you can bet he will - and manages to scam the doctors, I wouldn't mind seeing him in a mental hospital. You know he won't like that. No opportunity to spy on little boys at swimming pools.

  2. Personally, I think it would be better for us victims if there was some closure.

Nebulous waiting around for San Mateo county to quietly let him slip out of a mental institution so that they don't have to face the mess that they helped make more successful is far too easy and comfortable for ayres, his dispshit supporters, and for San Mateo county.

I hope the people who are evaluating ayres can do it in a timely and professional manner, and I hope that they're not biased by the fact that the man was considered to be such a "giant" in their field.

This is all too much for me.

Our next day of disappointment and disillusionment approaches quickly.

  3. Well, Deep, here's something to cheer you up:

Pedophile Theodore Sypnier, who was convicted of molesting children at age 89 and who was released from prison in Buffalo at the age of 100 last fall, has just been ordered BACK to prison. From the Associated Press:

100-year-old pedophile sent back to NY prison

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (Map, News) -
A 100-year-old pedophile who violated his parole by skipping sex offender classes is back behind bars in upstate New York.
Theodore Sypnier was released to a Buffalo halfway house last fall after serving 18 months in prison for the same type of parole violation. The state Parole Board announced Friday that he had been ordered to serve two more years behind bars.

Authorities say Sypnier sexually molested children as young as 4 years old for decades in Buffalo and later in the Town of Tonawanda. He was released from prison in 2008, after serving time on a 1999 conviction for molesting two young sisters.

His 58-year-old daughter says Sypnier molested her and other neighborhood girls when she was young, and pedophiles never change no matter how old they get.

  4. If I were a victim, I would leave no stone unturned. I would work to make sure that the police and reporters in every town where Ayres has ever worked and lived has checked to see if there are molestation complaints about him.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket and focus just on California. He did lots of damage all around the country.

  5. Sometimes it's just too painful to look under stones, and we're busy trying to suppress/drown/distract from the pain.

  6. Quite obvious McD is the abbreviation for McDelay. Where is our next Ellie Nesler, I swear if I knew I had six months to live...I know what I would do, my luck the bullet would get stuck in some blubbery part of ayres and he wouldn't even know it for days.
