The third competency report which was due to the court on Friday, February 18th, 2011 was not ready yet. They scheduled a new review date of Friday, March 4, 2011. From snippets of conversation overheard in the courtroom, it appears that the report was not quite ready, and there may have been additional scheduling conflicts due to McDougall's Youshock trail.
william hamilton ayres was arrested on April 5th, 2007 on charges relating to his molestation of many young boys while he was allegedly providing psychiatric care, and was the one time president of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Jury selection in the Youshock trial was well underway yesterday.
