The date for william ayres' "competency to assist in his own defense" trial has been set for:
June 6th, 2011 9:00am
But McDougall, ayres' weasel attorney claims that some of his witnesses will not be available until June 13th, so he's already built in a week of delay.
This is the THIRD attempt at a competency trial, with ayres' weasel lawyer getting a delay on the original October 4, 2010 date, as well as the more recent January 10, 2011 date, and further delays to the 3rd competency report requested by the judge. Let's hope this one sticks.
UPDATE: (3/11/2011 12:30pm): As usual, the San Mateo Daily Journal popped by to see if they need to write anything. They're writing daily synopses about the Youshock trial, but during the first ayres trial, hardly a word. I guess child molesters are too icky to do anything about... just let them run around doing whatever... no big deal. Y'all are pathetic.

"Positive Outlook" = Sarcastic, positive sounding statement made in lieu of truth.
McDougall is an awful attorney. If someone attempts to oust him as their attorney, he will be vindictive & ask the judge to make the person go through competency stuff. The competency stuff , McDougall makes sure takes 4 to 6 months. I swear on my life, McDougall is as crooked as they come & has many many many many crooked friends in the judicial system ; attorneys, judges, bailiffs etc .
ReplyDeleteAs for Ayres victims ; I am truly very sorry for them. Our justice system is full of crooked judges, attorneys, chiefs of police & the like.
When the judicial system is fixed, or improved, maybe then some justice can occur
